Since deregulation of in 1998 UXCES has accumulated over 14 years experience in building meter data and billing systems for the Australian electricity market. Our Oracle® based Toht® applications are built upon a sound knowledge industry business process requirements and proven technologies.

Toht® MDA is designed to meet the requirements of the Australian National Electricity Market. Both interval (smart) meters and basic (accumulative) are supported. Issues such as customer churn are readily managed by automated workflow processes that adhere to AEMO CATS requirements. Features incorporated in Toht® include

• Single database – manage both meter data consumption reading (basic and interval) and NMI centric standing data (.e.g. site, meter and market participant details)
• Fully automated loading of meter readings including pre defined substitution and validation
• Support for many meter reading formats including MV90, MVRS
• Seamless Transitioning from basic to interval meters with bulk interval loading capability
• Support for Multi utility (Electricity, gas and water) consumption data
